Mr Pierre LAMY
Associated Barrister - Labour Law Team

Pierre LAMY acts in welfare matters, advising French or foreign employers about them.

He takes part in establishing individual and collective workplace relationships through employment contracts and collective agreements.

He assists with the management and supervision of these relationships, taking the extremely rapid changes in agreements and jurisprudence into account.

The questions linked to the breakdown of industrial relations are dealt with as a whole with assistance for hearings before industrial tribunals or the Social Division.

His activities also concern establishing and supervising the relationships between employers and social welfare bodies, ensuring preparedness for possible checks and disputes which may arise from them.

Pierre LAMY also works with his associates and collaborators with acquisition audits about welfare questions.

He also advises on work regulations, with the checks and litigation arising from them, particularly criminal litigation.

His career began in 1994 in a partnership of barristers who specialised in industrial tribunal disputes and continued with the BDO firm in the Welfare Advice department.

He also had the opportunity to work for a year in London, notably in the CAMERON MACKENNA Firm.

He established his own firm in 2001.

In 2008 he took part in the establishment of the ASL AVOCATS firm.
